Caloric Strategy: The Goldilocks Zone
Traditional Advice:
- Bulk: +500 calorie surplus
- Cut: -500 calorie deficit
Recomposition:
- Maintenance to slight deficit: -100 to -300 calories

- Fats: 60g
Rest Days (3x/week):
- Calories: 2,200
- Protein: 165g
- Carbs: 180g
- Fats: 75g
Weekly Average: 2,371 cals (vs 2,400 target)
Results: Maintained strength while leaning out.
Meal Timing That Matters
Pre-Workout (2 hours before):
